Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada suv xo‘jaligini rivojlantirishning dolzarb yo‘nalishlari - resurslarni integratsiyalashgan boshqarish, havzaviy rejalashtirish, suv taqsimotida adolat va shaffoflik, iqtisodiy rag‘batlar hamda raqamli monitoring asosida samaradorlikni oshirish masalalari ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatdan yoritildi. Tadqiqotda suv tanqisligi kuchayib borayotgan sharoitda suv xo‘jaligi tizimini modernizatsiya qilish faqat infratuzilma yangilanishi bilan cheklanmasligi, balki boshqaruv mexanizmlari, institutlararo muvofiqlashtirish, aniq hisob-kitob va natijadorlikka asoslangan yondashuv bilan mustahkamlanishi zarurligi asoslab berildi.
