EKSPERIMENTAL MINI-GASTROSHUNTLASH OPERATSIYASI VA OPERATIYADAN KEYINGI ILK KUNLARDA YO'G'ON ICHAK TO'QIMA TUZILMALARINING MORFOLOGIK HOLATI

Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi laboratoriya kalamushlarida 2-tip qandli diabetning eksperimental modelini yaratish hamda mini-gastroshuntlash (MGS, one-anastomosis gastric bypass) operatsiyasidan keyingi yo‘g‘on ichak to‘qima tuzilmalarining morfologik holatini o`rganish. Tadqiqotda tana vazni 180-220 g bo‘lgan 40 dona erkak Wistar kalamushlari ishlatildi. Diabet modeli tasdiqlangach, tajriba guruhida mini-gastroshuntlash operatsiyasi bajarildi. Mini-gastroshuntlash operatsiyasidan so‘ng hayvonlar tajribadan 1, 3, 7, 14 va 30-kunlarda chiqarilib, yo‘g‘on ichakning distal bo‘limlaridan material olindi. Material 10%-li neytral formalinda fiksatsiyalandi, parafinga quyildi va biriktiruvchi to‘qimani aniqlash uchun kesmalar gematoksilin-eozin, Van Gizon va Mallori bo‘yicha bo‘yalgan. Ultrastrukturaviy tahlil uchun elektron mikroskopiya qo‘llanildi. Tadqiqot natijalari mini-gastroshuntlash operatsiyasi 2-tip qandli diabet sharoitida ham yo‘g‘on ichakda qaytarib bo‘lmaydigan shikastlanishlar keltirib chiqarmasligini, aksincha, kompensator-moslashuv mexanizmlarini faollashtirishini ko‘rsatadi
