Abstract

本稿 A2(DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18586226)は、前稿 A1-a(DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18522452)で定義された情動複素数モデル(情動曲率 κ)を組織論へ写像し、組織の構造的安定性・意思決定・集団心理を説明する新しい数理モデル「組織曲率 K」を提示する。A1-a の心理パラメータを組織パラメータへ写像することで、ミクロ(個人)とマクロ(組織)の構造的同型性を明確化する。さらに、神経科学におけるミクロ・マクロネットワークの同型性と整合する形で、組織ネットワークの統合・分離、中程度次数層の重要性、信頼 R の 1/R² 崩壊モデルを導入する。本モデルは、組織診断・介入設計・リーダーシップ評価に応用可能であり、Gamma Theory A3(統合)および V21(統一理論)の基盤となる。
