РАННИЙ ДЕТСКИЙ КАРИЕС У ДЕТЕЙ ДО ДВУХ ЛЕТ: СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ПРОФИЛАКТИКЕ

Abstract

Ранний детский кариес является одной из наиболее распространённых стоматологических патологий у детей первых двух лет жизни и характеризуется быстрым прогрессированием и высокой частотой осложнений. Целью настоящего исследования явилась оценка эффективности современных комплексных профилактических подходов к предупреждению раннего детского кариеса у детей в возрасте до двух лет. В исследование были включены 60 детей, распределённых на основную и контрольную группы по 30 человек. Детям основной группы проводился комплекс профилактических мероприятий, включавший индивидуальную оценку кариес-риска, обучение родителей правилам гигиены полости рта ребёнка, коррекцию режима вскармливания и питания, а также применение фторсодержащих средств в возрастных концентрациях.
