Integrity to Life Covenant Reconstruction Framework (IL‑CRF): Governance Architecture — Volume II

Abstract

The Integrity to Life Covenant Reconstruction Framework (IL‑CRF) Governance Architecture — Volume II defines the institutional structures, constitutional safeguards, and selection protocols required to uphold covenantal governance across generations. Building on the covenantal philosophy of the White Paper and the operational systems of Volume I, this volume establishes the architecture of national bodies such as the Covenant Guardians Council (CGC), the National Covenant Assembly, People’s Councils, the National Healing Network (NHN), and the National Resource Stewardship Council. It outlines mechanisms for preventing political capture, ensuring intergenerational accountability, protecting ecological and financial integrity, and embedding transparency, shared power, and community agency into every level of governance. Volume II provides the constitutional backbone for a nation rebuilding itself through dignity, ecological kinship, truth, repair, and covenantal responsibility.
