Abstract

This document presents the 20 rules of the "implacable logic" and 8 falsification equations relating the fundamental constants (masses, α, spin, c, e, G, inertia, e⁻/e⁺ pairs) to a fractal-toroidal geometry and a vacuum energy density ρ₀ = 1113 J/m³. The model is explicitly falsifiable (expected rate ≈ 1–3%) and suggests experimental tests (Schwinger effect, spectroscopy, gravity measurements) to compare Genesis-1 to the Standard Model.
