This repository contains the computational scripts supporting the spatial and temporal analysis of Asian soybean rust (Phakopsora pachyrhizi) in Brazil, with a specific focus on environmental risk assessment for the state of Alagoas. The materials include a fully reproducible workflow implemented in R, covering data preparation, definition of climatic risk points, and spatial clustering of municipalities based on environmental suitability. The repository is intended to ensure methodological transparency and auditability of the analyses reported in the associated manuscript. Access to this repository is restricted and provided exclusively for journal editors and peer reviewers during the evaluation process. The deposited materials do not include publicly releasable raw datasets and are not intended for unrestricted reuse.
This version 2.0.0 includes the complete set of scripts for generating all figures (1-4) and tables (1-4) from the associated manuscript, with outputs saved in .xlsx format. Date processing and spatial clustering logic have been finalized.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
