Physicochemical and biodiversity soil characteristics of SoildiverAgro Case Study 1: Use of soil biodiversity to reduce soil-borne diseases/pests incidence and increase nutrient availability in potatoes cropped in multiple cropping and rotations

Abstract

This data set contains general soil characteristics and soil biodiversity data of a 3 years Case Study performed in Spain (Mediterranean South pedoclimatic region). CS1: Use of soil biodiversity to reduce soil-borne diseases/pests incidence and increase nutrient availability in potatoes cropped in multiple cropping and rotations fields. This data set is part of the work performed in WP SoildiverAgro project, funded by the European Commission Horizon 2020 programme [grant agreement 817819].
