Abstract

mutation_scatter_plot-0.3 Please refer to v4 release of our dataset at Zenodo https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18601695 . Added a script alignment2dots.py to show only changed nucleotides (or aminoacids) in the multiple sequence alignment (MSA) if they differ to a reference provided to this script. This somewhat copies the idea from CRAM file format but is probably used in other file formats as well. The TSV files produced can be easily imported into an office spreadsheet calculator program. Added CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md Improvements to the README.md. Some minor cleanups. Added some accessory scripts as an example how to check huge multiple sequence alignment files for consistency.
