
Carta e tabella riportano la diminuzione globale di lunghezza dall’ultimo massimo avanzamento per tutti i ghiacciai compresi nel dominio della rete di misurazione. Per quelli relativi alla rete attualmente in funzione viene indicata la classe d’appartenenza in funzione del comportamento evidenziato. Le caratteristiche salienti delle cinque classi (A, P, R, S, T) sono descritte in una tabella.
In Karte und Tabelle ist der gesamte Längenschwund seit dem letzten Höchststand für alle im Messnetz erfassten Gletscher dokumentiert. Für jene des aktuellen Netzes ist angegeben, welchem Typ sie sich aufgrund ihres Verhaltens zuordnen lassen. Die wesentlichen Merkmale der fünf Typen sind in einer separaten Tabelle beschrieben.
La carte et le tableau montrent la diminution totale de la longueur des glaciers entrant dans le réseau de mesures. Tous ceux du réseau actuel ont été rattachés à l’un des types A, P, R, S ou T, selon leur comportement. Les principales caractéristiques de ces cinq types sont également décrites dans un tableau.
The map and table show overall ablation since the last maximum for all the glaciers covered by the measurement network. Those included in the current network are classified according to the way they behave. The main characteristics of the five different types (A, P, R, S, T) are given in a separate table.
