This record documents a hands-on training workshop on Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) technology for rapid foodborne pathogen detection, held at the University of Parma (Italy) on 2–3 February 2026 within the MYCOBEANS MSCA Staff Exchange project. The workshop included lectures and practical laboratory sessions covering LAMP principles, sample preparation, blind testing and result interpretation using liquid and freeze-dried colorimetric assays. The activity supported interdisciplinary training, knowledge transfer and capacity building in rapid molecular diagnostics for food safety. Photographic documentation of the MYCOBEANS hands-on workshop on LAMP technology for foodborne pathogen detection, held at the University of Parma (Italy), February 2026. Images illustrate laboratory training, participant interaction and knowledge transfer activities. Participants consented to the use of images for dissemination purposes within the project.
