Ce que ce document est (et n’est pas)- Ce dépôt n’est pas un ajustement sur un excès publié : les paramètres sont fixés avant tout recalage sur données.- L’objectif est d’éviter les reconstructions a posteriori et de permettre une falsification propre. ZEN21-B is the frozen-parameter technical record of the TOR726 package. Purpose- Define, explicitly and a priori, the fixed inputs and definitions leading to: E* = 726.0 GeV (threshold / boundary) E_peak ≈ 747.9 GeV (cold-structure peak)- Provide a traceable, citable “prior-art” reference for the parameter freeze and the computation pathway. What this is (and is not)- This record is not a fit to a published excess. Parameters are fixed before any data-driven adjustment.- The goal is to prevent post-hoc reinterpretations and to enable clean falsification.
