Déterminants de la rétention du personnel dans les IMF à Mbujimayi : rôle des pratiques RH

Abstract

Cette étude analyse les déterminants de la rétention du personnel au sein des institutions de microfinance (IMF) dans la ville de Mbujimayi, en mettant l’accent sur l’influence des pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines (RH). À travers un modèle de régression logistique, les résultats montrent que certaines variables socio-démographiques (âge, état matrimonial, ancienneté, type de contrat) ainsi que les pratiques RH (formation, motivation, communication interne, culture organisationnelle) ont un effet significatif sur la fidélisation du personnel. L’étude confirme la pertinence des théories du capital humain, de la motivation et de la justice organisationnelle. Elle souligne que la rétention n’est pas uniquement liée à des facteurs personnels, mais aussi à la qualité de l’environnement de travail et aux politiques RH mises en œuvre. Les implications managériales recommandent un investissement stratégique dans la formation, la reconnaissance, la communication et le développement d’une culture organisationnelle forte.
