Abstract

Ushbu maqolada davlat byudjeti xarajatlarining ijtimoiy samaradorligi masalalari o'rganilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida O'zbekistonda byudjet xarajatlarining tarkibi, ularning ijtimoiy sohalarga yo'naltirilishi va aholining turmush darajasiga ta'siri tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada byudjet xarajatlarini samarali boshqarish mexanizmlari, ijtimoiy himoya tizimini moliyalashtirish masalalari hamda byudjet mablag'laridan foydalanishda shaffoflik va javobgarlik printsiplarini ta'minlash yo'llari ko'rib chiqilgan. Tahlil natijalariga ko'ra, O'zbekistonda byudjet xarajatlarining 50-55 foizi ijtimoiy sohalarga yo'naltirilmoqda, bu esa davlatning ijtimoiy siyosatini amalga oshirishdagi ustuvor yo'nalishlarini ko'rsatadi. Maqolada zamonaviy raqamli texnologiyalar va audit tizimlarining byudjet samaradorligini oshirishdagi ahamiyati alohida ta'kidlangan.
