Estrategias de educación emocional para la mitigación de conductas disruptivas en Educación Inicial II

Abstract

Las conductas disruptivas en la educación inicial representan un desafío sustancialpara la convivencia escolar y la calidad del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje,interfiriendo en el desarrollo socioemocional y cognitivo del alumnado. Estasconductas se manifiestan frecuentemente a través de la agresividad, impulsividady dificultad para acatar normas. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo fortalecerla educación emocional como estrategia pedagógica para disminuir las conductasdisruptivas en niños y niñas de Educación Inicial II del Centro de EducaciónInicial (CEI) Totoracocha. La investigación se enmarcó en un enfoque cualitativobajo el paradigma socio-crítico, empleando el método de Investigación-AcciónParticipativa (IAP) durante un periodo de nueve semanas. La muestra intencionalestuvo conformada por 23 estudiantes de entre 3 y 4 años. Mediante laobservación participante, diarios de campo y entrevistas a la docente, sediagnosticó la situación y se implementó una intervención basada en mindfulness,yoga, bailoterapia y técnicas de respiración. Los resultados evidenciaron unatransición de comportamientos reactivos a conductas autorreguladas, destacandola eficacia de la respiración consciente y el yoga en momentos de transición. Seconcluye que la educación emocional sistemática no solo reduce la disrupción enel aula, sino que dota al infante de herramientas de afrontamiento, aunque serequiere el compromiso familiar para garantizar la sostenibilidad de los logros.
