MCabreraBrufau/Measuring_discrete_GHG_samples_with_Licor: Reproducible workflow for Li-COR open-loop CO₂, CH₄, and N₂O sample analysis (lab protocol, example data, and code)

Abstract

This release corresponds to a stable and reproducible version of the analysis workflow for calculating CO₂, CH₄, and N₂O concentrations from Li-COR 7820/7810 open-loop measurements. This release includes: A lab protocol detailing sample analysis steps. A code workflow including peak integration, ppm conversion, and optional headspace-to-water concentration calculations. Example data to demonstrate the behavior of the analysis workflow. This version is archived on Zenodo and is intended for citation.
