ANEMIYANING ZAMONAVIY DIAGNOSTIK USULLARI VA DAVOLASH YONDASHUVLARI. GEMATOLOGIK, MOLEKULYAR-GENETIK VA KLINIK-FARMOKOLOGIK TAHLIL

Abstract

Ushbu keng qamrovli ilmiy maqolada zamonaviy tibbiyotning eng dolzarb va ijtimoiy ahamiyatga ega muammolaridan biri — anemiya sindromining diagnostikasi va davolashdagi innovatsion yondashuvlar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi anemiya patogenezining murakkabligi, uning turli tizimli kasalliklar (onkologiya, nefrologiya, kardiologiya, revmatologiya) bilan o‘zaro bog‘liqligi va aholining mehnat qobiliyatiga ko‘rsatadigan salbiy ta’siri bilan belgilanadi. Maqolada temir tanqisligi anemiyasi (TTA), vitamin B_{12} va foliy kislotasi yetishmovchiligi, surunkali kasalliklar anemiyasi (SKA) hamda gemolitik jarayonlarning differensial diagnostikasi yangi avlod laborator markerlari (ferritin, transferrin, gepsidin, sTfR) kesimida o‘rganilgan. O‘zbekiston aholisining mintaqaviy ovqatlanish xususiyatlari, genetik fondi va milliy sog‘liqni saqlash tizimidagi diagnostika algoritmlari chuqur tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda temir metabolizmining gormonal boshqarilishi, eritrotsitlar morfologiyasining avtomatlashtirilgan tahlili va yangi avlod temir preparatlarining farmakologik samaradorligi ilmiy asoslangan.
