anneaux/PicardLefschetz.jl: creating a DOI for the paper publication

This is just to create a DOI that can be referenced in the publication https://arxiv.org/abs/2510.12545. The calculations in the paper are done using the ATIsimPL and HHGsimPL repositories with the same version tag, they contain all the code.
