Abstract

Ushbu maqolada, muallif tomonidan Turkistonda tashkil etilgan Turkiston Iqtisodiy Kengashi respublikaning xalq xo‘jaligini boshqarishda, sovet hokimyatining iqtisodiyotni boshqarishni markazlashtirish siyosatida alohida o‘rin tutganligi yortilgan. Bundan tashqari maqolada Turkiston xalq xo‘jaligini tiklash borasida amalga oshirilgan ishlar, xalq xo‘jaligini boshqaruv organlari sifatida tashkil etilgan iqtisodiy kengashlar orqali amalga oshirilganligi ilmiy izlanuvchilar uchun qo‘shimcha material bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
