Abstract

Мазкур мақолада ОИВ ва таносил касалликларини тарқатиш жиноятларини тергов қилишда молекуляр филогенетика усулларидан фойдаланишнинг назарий ва амалий масалалари таҳлил қилинади. Муаллиф вирус РНК кетма-кетлигини секвенирлаш орқали трансмиссия (юқтириш) занжирини ва йўналишини аниқлашнинг математик моделларини асослаб беради. Филогенетик дарахтларнинг “монофилетик” ва “парафилетик” алоқаларини криминалистик талқин қилиш бўйича тавсиялар берилган.
