Abstract

This database mainly consists of four zips and one text. zip file: Raw data.zip is the raw data used for meta-analysis. Code.zip is the R code for conducting the meta-analysis and other analysis. Figure data.zip is the data used for plotting figures in the article. Supplementary excel sheets.zip is the Excel files for supplementary tables S4-S10 in the article. Text file: The readme.txt contains the explanations for abbreviations in the header of supplementary tables.
