Abstract

Ушбу мақолада туркий халқлар давлатчилигининг шаклланиши, ривожланиш босқичлари ва унинг жаҳон давлатчилик тарихи тараққиётида тутган ўрни таҳлил қилинади. Хуннлар, Кўк Турк, Оқ хунлар, Табғач, Аршакийлар, Қорахонийлар, Салжуқийлар, Усмонийлар, Чингизийлар ва Темурийлар давлатлари мисолида туркий давлатчилик анъаналарининг асосий ҳусусиятлари очиб берилади. Мақолада ҳарбий-маъмурий бошқарув, тўра қонуний тизими, қурултой институти, дипломатия ва ҳуқуқий анъаналарнинг шаклланиши ёритилган. Археологик ва ёзма манбалар асосида туркий халқларнинг давлатчилик тажрибаси кўчманчи ва ўтроқ цивилизациялар уйғунлигида юзага келгани асослаб берилади.
