ОЦЕНКА ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ ПОСЛЕ РЕЗЕКЦИИ ЖЕЛУДКА

Abstract

Резекция желудка остаётся одной из основных хирургических процедур при многочисленных патологиях желудочно-кишечного тракта, в том числе при осложнённой язвенной болезни и раке желудка. Несмотря на достижения в хирургии и перименопаузальной терапии, частота послеоперационных осложнений остаётся высокой и влияет на результаты лечения и качество жизни пациентов. Целью данного исследования является оценка частоты, типов и факторов риска осложнений после резекции желудка у пациентов в хирургических стационарах. Результаты анализа 220 клинических случаев показали, что общая частота осложнений составляет ~28,6 %, при этом наиболее частыми являются послеоперационная несостоятельность анастомозов (8,6 %), раневая инфекция (7,7 %) и желудочно-кишечные кровотечения (5,9 %). Выявлены основные предикторы риска осложнений, что позволяет сформировать рекомендации по их профилактике.
