РОЛЬ АКТИВНОГО (ВАКУУМНОГО) ДРЕНИРОВАНИЯ БРЮШНОЙ ПОЛОСТИ В АБДОМИНАЛЬНОЙ ХИРУРГИИ

Abstract

Активное (вакуумное) дренирование брюшной полости получило широкое распространение в абдоминальной хирургии как метод профилактики послеоперационных осложнений, в частности сером, инфицированных гематом и абсцессов. Целью исследования было оценить эффективность активного дренирования по сравнению с пассивными методами в послеоперационном периоде у пациентов с абдоминальными операциями различной сложности. Проведён проспективный анализ 300 пациентов, разделённых на две группы: активное дренирование (n = 150) и пассивное (n = 150). Активная группа продемонстрировала статистически более низкую частоту осложнений (12 % vs 26 %, p < 0,01), более раннюю мобилизацию и сокращённую длительность пребывания в стационаре. Полученные данные подтверждают эффективность вакуумного дренирования как стандарта для профилактики послеоперационных осложнений в комплексной терапии абдоминальной хирургии
