Abstract

Abstract This report establishes the meta-theoretical framework for the "Sapezoic Eon" (智慧代), a proposed geological epoch following the Anthropocene, characterized by the integration of technological logic into planetary coupled feedback loops. We define "Planetary Intelligence" not as an individual cognitive trait, but as a global steady-state regulation mechanism involving the biosphere, technosphere, and geosphere. Identifying the current era as an immature "Class IVa" technosphere marked by high-entropy inputs and time-scale mismatches, this framework proposes a transition pathway to a mature "Class V" state. This transition is governed by Three Core Principles: 1. Reverse-Engineering Biological Intelligence: Utilizing genomic foundation models (e.g., Evo 2) to translate 3.8 billion years of evolutionary data into silicon-based protocols. 2. Digital Metabolism & Logic Purification: Implementing the Regenerative Logic-Core Protocol (RLCP) to decouple reasoning from facts, solving the "Parameter Entanglement" and "Memory Wall" issues in Large Language Models (LLMs). 3. Preserving Evolutionary Openness: Establishing a "Digital Constitution" that maintains organizational closure and prevents technosphere senescence.
