Politik Kambing Hitam dan Fantasi Ideologis: Analisis Relasi Mahasiswa Papua dan Masyarakat Yogyakarta melalui Perspektif Psikoanalisis Lacanian

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi dinamika interaksi antara mahasiswa Papua dan masyarakat Yogyakarta melalui kerangka psikoanalisis Jacques Lacan dan Slavoj Žižek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membedah struktur hasrat dan politik identitas yang terbentuk dalam relasi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, serta penelusuran data digital yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak NVivo untuk mengklasifikasikan nodes dan cases dominan seperti "Mahasiswa Papua", "Masyarakat Jogja", dan "Ancaman". Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kehadiran mahasiswa Papua di Yogyakarta merupakan perpindahan subjek menuju Tatanan Simbolik ("Sang Ayah") yang menjanjikan pemenuhan, namun berujung pada penemuan akan kekosongan (lackness) dan ketidakmungkinan. Temuan studi mengindikasikan bahwa stigma negatif, seperti label separatis atau pembuat onar yang dilekatkan aparat dan masyarakat pada mahasiswa Papua, berfungsi sebagai mekanisme "kambing hitam". Berdasarkan perspektif Žižek, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa narasi "ancaman Papua" adalah sebuah fantasi ideologis yang dipelihara untuk menutupi keretakan internal Yogyakarta sendiri serta menutupi ketidakmungkinan (impossibility) mewujudkan masyarakat yang sepenuhnya utuh dan harmonis.
