This analytical study explores the systemic impact of narcissistic personality traits on institutional integrity and the legal system. It bridges the gap between the psychological "Dark Triad" (Narcissism, Machiavellianism, Psychopathy) and socio-political phenomena. A special focus is placed on the "Systemic Shield"—the mechanism by which powerful actors are protected by the state while vulnerable groups (e.g., victims of institutional abuse in care homes) are marginalized. This work serves as a documentary resistance against the "criminal silence" of failing institutions.
