Abstract

This release contains the R code (R0CHIK-2026.R) for the paper: Evaluation of an emergency vaccination strategy to control a Chikungunya outbreak in the Aedes albopictus colonized Eastern Spain", a collaborative work with several authors. Also, this repository contains C code used in: (1) D. Alonso, M. Bouma, and M. Pascual. Epidemic malaria and warmer temperatures in recent decades in an east african highland. Proceedings of the Royal Society Ser. B, 278(1712), 2011. (2) D. Alonso, A. Dobson, and M. Pascual. Critical transitions in malaria trans- mission models are consistently generated by superinfection. Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society B, 374(1775), 2019.
