SAÚDE MENTAL DOS PROFESSORES: ANSIEDADE E TRANSTORNOS EMOCIONAIS – UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

Abstract

O adoecimento psíquico entre profissionais da educação constitui uma problemática crescente no contexto escolar contemporâneo. Fatores como sobrecarga de trabalho, exigências por resultados acadêmicos, indisciplina estudantil, remuneração insuficiente e ausência de suporte institucional têm sido associados ao desenvolvimento de transtornos de ansiedade, síndrome do pânico, burnout e outras condições emocionais. A presente revisão sistemática investigou estudos publicados no período de 2014 a 2024, com enfoque na saúde mental de docentes, destacando particularmente os transtornos de ansiedade e suas repercussões sobre a prática pedagógica e a qualidade de vida profissional. Os achados indicam elevada prevalência de sofrimento psíquico, evidenciando a necessidade premente de estratégias institucionais e programas preventivos que promovam o bem-estar docente e favoreçam a construção de ambientes escolares mais saudáveis, sustentáveis e resilientes.
