Abstract

Бош мия жарохатларида асосан гипофизни динамикадаги морфологик щзгаришлари бўйича, асосий жиҳатлари бу аденогипофиздаги стрессор троп гормонларни ишлаб чиқувчи хужайраларни гиперпродукцияси ва гиперфункцияси фисфа муддатда без хужайраларини функционал зўриқишига ва қон айланиши бузилишига олиб келиши натижасида, базофил хужайраларида дистрофик ўзгаришлари кортикотроп гормонлар етишмов-чилиига олиб келиши натижасида гипонатремия ривожланишига олиб келади. бу эса, парадоксал кўринишида бош мия шиши ва гипофизни иккиламчи шикастланишига олиб келиши билан характерланади.
