
This article analyzes the issues of improving the system for identifying and eliminating corruption factors in the country based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF–270 dated December 30, 2025, titled “On further improving the system of preventing and combating corruption in the Republic of Uzbekistan.” The main ideas of the decree are revealed, in particular its approach aimed at early identification and prevention of the causes of corruption rather than merely punishing it. The study highlights the institutional role of the Anti-Corruption Agency, the mechanisms for conducting anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts, the strengthening of internal control systems in state bodies, and the reduction of corruption risks through digital technologies. It also analyzes the importance of the National Certification Management System and the “Digital Compliance” information software complex, substantiating their role in ensuring transparency and accountability in public administration.
