This repository contains supplementary research materials supporting the study titled “Visible consequences: The impact of maternal suboptimal ART adherence on mother-to-child HIV transmission in selected clinics of Capricorn District, Limpopo Province.” The materials include the participant information sheet, informed consent form, and data collection tools used during the research process.
