Release Notes: Release Notes V1.1 release for DOI generation of the complete reference dataset for the master's thesis: "Generative AI in Threat Modeling of Connected Medical Devices – Opportunities, Limitations, and a Prototypical Approach" Contents Threat Models – Generated outputs from 9 different LLMs (Claude 4.5 Sonnet, Gemini 2.5 Pro, GPT-5.1, GPT-4o Mini, GPT-OSS 120B/20B, Llama 3.3 70B, Phi-4 Mini, Qwen 2.5 72B) including structured JSON models and CVSS-based risk evaluation reports Review Loop Data – Refined threat models and interaction logs from the iterative LLM-based review process Experimental Logs – Complete LLM interaction histories, API call logs, and token usage/cost metrics Report Templates – LaTeX templates for regulatory compliance report generation Threat Model Viewer – Standalone browser-based tool for exploring and visualizing generated threat models (Data Flow Diagrams, Attack Trees, Cyber Kill Chains) Use Case All experiments were conducted on the fictional MEDTECH-2000 critical-care ventilator, designed to represent a typical connected medical device architecture.
