TALABALARDA MUSTAQIL HUQUQIY FIKRLASHNI RIVOJLANTIRISHDA HUQUQIY MUAMMOLARNI TAHLIL QILISHNING AHAMIYATI

Abstract

Mazkur mini-maqolada davlat boshqaruvi huquqi doirasida yuzaga keladigan huquqiy muammolarni tahlil qilish orqali talabalarda mustaqil huquqiy fikrlashni rivojlantirish masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda ma’muriy organlarning fuqaro murojaatlarini ko‘rib chiqish amaliyotida uchraydigan kamchiliklar huquqiy muammo sifatida tahlil qilinadi. Konstitutsiyaviy normalar va ma’muriy huquq mexanizmlari asosida fuqarolarning huquq va qonuniy manfaatlarini himoya qilish masalalari ochib beriladi. Huquqiy muammo bo‘yicha mini-maqola yozish talabalarda normativ-huquqiy hujjatlarni mustaqil tahlil qilish, huquqiy baho berish va asoslangan xulosa chiqarish ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirishda samarali vosita ekanligi asoslab berilgan.
