
In this report we condensed the information collected during the first reflexive monitoring workshop of FoodCLIC Real Life Intervention on food education in the Plain of Lucca (Italy). This workshop gathered together different participants of the project including the school teachers involved. They comment on the success and challenges of the food education programme and its organisation. The report also illustrates the methodology used.
