Abstract

Tissue Type Prostate cancer biopsy tissue, 1mm diameter. Scan Parameters Quantum Cascade Laser hypserspectral image (Bruker LUMOS II ILIM): 4x objective, 0.6 numerical aperture (NA), 520 × 480 FPA size (pixels), 4.3 μm nominal pixel size, 2210 μm × 2040 μm field of view, 4 cm-1 spectral resolution. Fourier Transform Infrared hyperspectral image (Agilent Cary 670-IR): 15x objective, 0.6 numerical aperture (NA), 128 × 128 FPA size (pixels), 5.5 μm nominal pixel size, 704 μm × 704 μm field of view, 5 cm-1 spectral resolution.
