Urgensi Literasi Digital bagi Da'i di Era Society 5.0: Antara Peluang dan Tantangan

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya literasi digital bagi para da’i dalam menghadapi tantangan dakwah di era Society 5.0, sebuah era yang ditandai oleh integrasi teknologi mutakhir seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), big data, dan Internet of Things (IoT) dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dakwah kini menuntut penguasaan media digital, pemahaman mendalam terhadap algoritma, serta kesadaran etika bermedia dan dinamika sosial yang kompleks di ruang digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka untuk mengkaji literatur terbaru yang relevan dengan tema dakwah digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan da’i berdampak signifikan terhadap efektivitas penyampaian pesan dakwah. Da’i yang tidak memahami mekanisme kerja platform digital dan tren audiens cenderung gagal menjangkau generasi muda yang aktif di media sosial, dan berisiko terjebak dalam penyebaran konten yang tidak terverifikasi. Artikel ini menawarkan solusi strategis berupa pelatihan literasi digital yang terintegrasi dalam kurikulum pendidikan dakwah, kolaborasi antara lembaga dakwah dengan praktisi teknologi untuk pengembangan konten kreatif, serta pemanfaatan teknologi seperti AI untuk mempersonalisasi materi dakwah sesuai kebutuhan audiens. Dengan pendekatan tersebut, literasi digital bukan hanya menjadi keterampilan tambahan, melainkan kompetensi utama yang harus dimiliki da’i agar dakwah tetap relevan, kredibel, dan berdampak positif di era Society 5.0 yang sarat tantangan dan peluang.
