Tadqiqotda nizolarning kelib chiqish sabablari, ularning ijtimoiy-psixologik xususiyatlari hamda nizolarni boshqarishda muloqot, empatiya, stressni boshqarish, emotsional intellekt, murosaga kelish va mediatorlik kabi psixologik vositalardan foydalanish mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Psixologik yondashuvlar asosida nizolarni konstruktiv hal etish jamoada sog‘lom psixologik muhitni shakllantirish, xodimlarning ishga qoniqishi va mehnat samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qilishi ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan.
