
Mazkur tezisda inklyuziv ta’lim sharoitida pedagog kasbiy kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish va uning psixologik xususiyatlari masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Inklyuziv ta’lim jarayonida pedagogdan yuqori darajadagi kasbiy bilim, pedagogik mahorat bilan bir qatorda empatiya, psixologik barqarorlik, tolerantlik va reflektiv faoliyat talab etiladi. Tadqiqotda pedagog kasbiy kompetensiyasining tarkibiy qismlari, maxsus ehtiyojli o‘quvchilar bilan ishlashda muhim bo‘lgan psixologik omillar hamda ularni rivojlantirish yo‘llari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, pedagog kasbiy kompetensiyasi va psixologik tayyorgarligining inklyuziv ta’lim samaradorligiga ta’siri statistik va nazariy ma’lumotlar asosida asoslab berilgan. Tezis natijalari inklyuziv ta’lim jarayonida pedagoglarning kasbiy va psixologik tayyorgarligini oshirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish uchun xizmat qiladi.
