Aportes sobre seguridad en el contexto de la 'Paz Total'

Abstract

A partir del conocimiento y la experiencia de miembros del Fondo de Capital Humano, este documento busca aportar a la comprensión sobre el lugar que ocupa la seguridad dentro de la apuesta del Gobierno Nacional de Paz Total, tanto en términos de su narrativa, como de las acciones concretas orientadas a acompañar y complementar esta iniciativa de paz. Las ideas aquí planteadas orientaron intercambios con el Ministerio de Defensa durante el proceso de formulación de la Política de Seguridad, Defensa y Convivencia Ciudadana 2022-2026 “Garantías para la vida y la paz”, y buscan contribuir a otros esfuerzos en la materia.
