Pedagogik muloqot o‘qituvchining kasbiy kompetensiyasini belgilovchi muhim tarkibiy qism bo‘lib, u o‘qituvchi shaxsining emotsional-intellektual tayyorgarligi, kommunikativ mahorati va nutq madaniyati bilan chambarchas bog‘liqdir. Tadqiqotda pedagogik muloqot madaniyatini shakllantirishda empatiya, emotsional barqarorlik, hamkorlik asosidagi o‘qitish metodlari hamda o‘zaro hurmat va muloqot etikasi muhim omil sifatida ko‘rib chiqilgan.
