Abstract

Este documento fundacional presenta TEKTRON Border IA: una infraestructura decolonial de Edge AI que materializa la soberanía cognitiva frente al extractivismo mental 3.0. Integra el marco teórico de los neuroderechos decoloniales con el Método de Crítica Cognitiva (MCC), operacionalizando principios náhuatl (tonalli, yolmatiliztli) y andinos (ayni, ch'ixi) en hardware UL508A y software soberano. ATENCIÓN: Este trabajo se rige por una Declaración de Licenciamiento Ético y Soberano (incluida en las primeras páginas) que establece términos estratificados de uso y prohibiciones éticas absolutas. Validado por CLACSO. Proyecto activo.
