KAJIAN LINGKUNGAN PROYEK KONSTRUKSI (STUDI KASUS PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN LAPANGAN MINI SOCCER DI JL. ISLAMIC CENTRE 1 KOTA PALOPO

Abstract

Pembangunan lapangan mini soccer di Jl. Islamic Centre 1 Kota Palopo merupakan salah satu upaya pengembangan fasilitas olahraga masyarakat. Namun, kegiatan konstruksi berpotensi menimbulkan dampak terhadap lingkungan, baik pada aspek sosial, fisik, kimia, maupun biologis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kajian lingkungan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, serta menelaah dampak yang mungkin timbul pada setiap tahapan kegiatan, yaitu pra-konstruksi, konstruksi, dan operasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa dampak utama yang ditimbulkan meliputi kebisingan, debu, limbah konstruksi, perubahan kondisi fisik lahan, serta potensi gangguan kenyamanan masyarakat sekitar. Di sisi lain, proyek ini juga memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan aktivitas olahraga, kesehatan masyarakat, dan peluang ekonomi. Secara umum, dampak yang ditimbulkan bersifat lokal dan dapat dikendalikan melalui penerapan upaya pengelolaan dan pemantauan lingkungan yang baik. Dengan demikian, pembangunan lapangan mini soccer ini dapat mendukung prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan apabila pengelolaan lingkungan dilakukan secara konsisten.
