Abstract

So‘nggi yillarda yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari (YQTK) dunyo miqyosida ham, O‘zbekiston Respublikasida ham o‘lim va nogironlikning asosiy sabablaridan biri bo‘lib qolmoqda. Aholining qarishi, urbanizatsiya, kamharakat turmush tarzi, noto‘g‘ri ovqatlanish va stress omillarining kuchayishi ushbu kasalliklar tarqalishining ortishiga olib kelmoqda. Shu bilan birga, zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarining jadal rivojlanishi sog‘liqni saqlash tizimida yangi yondashuv — telemeditsinani keng joriy etish imkonini bermoqda. Telemeditsina yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarini erta aniqlash, masofadan monitoring qilish, davolash jarayonini optimallashtirish hamda tibbiy xizmatlarning hududiy tengsizligini kamaytirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Mazkur maqolada yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarini tashxislash, davolash va reabilitatsiya jarayonlarida telemeditsina texnologiyalaridan foydalanish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida telekardiologiya, masofaviy elektrokardiografiya, mobil sog‘liqni saqlash (mHealth) ilovalari, sun’iy intellekt asosidagi monitoring tizimlarining afzalliklari va cheklovlari o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston sog‘liqni saqlash tizimida telemeditsinani joriy etish holati va istiqbollari ilmiy asosda yoritildi. Tadqiqot natijalari telemeditsinaning yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari bilan og‘rigan bemorlar hayot sifatini yaxshilash, tibbiy xizmatlar samaradorligini oshirish hamda sog‘liqni saqlash xarajatlarini kamaytirishdagi rolini asoslab beradi.
