STRESS VA UNING ORGANIZMGA FIZIOLOGIK TA'SIRI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada stressning inson organizmining turli fiziologik tizimlariga ko‘rsatadigan salbiy ta’siri keng qamrovda o‘rganilgan. Mualliflar stressning yurak-qon tomir, asab, gormonal, immun va ovqat hazm qilish tizimlariga bo‘lgan ta’sirini aniqlashga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy tadqiqot o‘tkazgan. Mavzuning dolzarbligi shundaki, zamonaviy hayot sharoitida stress omili ko‘plab kasalliklar, xususan, gipertoniya, yurak ishemik kasalligi, diabet, depressiya, ichak yallig‘lanish sindromlari va xotira buzilishlariga sabab bo‘layotgani kuzatilmoqda. Tadqiqot davomida tasodifiy tanlangan 25 nafar ishtirokchining stress darajasi Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) va DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale) anketalari yordamida baholangan. Shuningdek, yurak urish tezligi, qon bosimi, kortizol darajasi, EKG ko‘rsatkichlari, ovqatlanish odatlari va ich kelish muammolari kabi fiziologik o‘zgarishlar tahlil qilingan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, shifokorlar va ichki ishlar xodimlarida stress darajasi yuqori bo‘lib, yurak faoliyatida buzilishlar, kortizol gormoni ko‘tarilishi, ichak peristaltikasi buzilishi, ishtahaning o‘zgarishi va uyqu sifatining pasayishi kabi holatlar qayd etilgan. Maqolada Gq-retseptorlarning stressga javoban faollashuvi orqali yuzaga keladigan fiziologik jarayonlarga ham ilmiy asosda izoh berilgan. Stress holatida katexolaminlar va kortizol gormonlari ajralishi qon bosimi oshishi, yurak urishining tezlashuvi, ovqat hazm qilish tizimi faoliyatining buzilishi va boshqa simptomlarga olib kelishi aniqlangan.
