ICV en la Era Digital: Perfil y Comportamiento del Contribuyente

Abstract

Este documento presenta un análisis técnico–descriptivo sobre el perfil digital, socioeconómico y de comportamiento del contribuyente del Instituto de Control Vehicular (ICV) en el estado de Nuevo León, con énfasis en su interacción con tecnologías digitales y mecanismos de pago en línea. A partir del uso de fuentes estadísticas y de percepción ciudadana, como la encuesta Así Vamos 2024 y la ENDUTIH 2024 del INEGI, el estudio caracteriza a la población usuaria del ICV en términos de edad, sexo, nivel educativo, ocupación, ingreso, uso de internet, redes sociales y métodos de pago. El objetivo central es identificar patrones que permitan evaluar la viabilidad de estrategias de digitalización administrativa, particularmente el desarrollo de una aplicación móvil orientada a mejorar la experiencia ciudadana y la eficiencia institucional. El trabajo tiene fines académicos y de divulgación del conocimiento, y busca contribuir al debate sobre modernización administrativa, inclusión digital y diseño de servicios públicos centrados en el usuario. Las conclusiones y recomendaciones planteadas se presentan desde una perspectiva analítica y no constituyen una posición oficial de la institución a la que se encuentra adscrita la autora.
