APLICAÇÕES DE EQUAÇÕES DIFERENCIAIS DE PRIMEIRA ORDEM NA MODELAGEM DE FENÔMENOS NATURAIS E TECNOLÓGICOS

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta um estudo sobre a aplicação de equações diferenciais em situações reais. Foram escolhidos dois cenários para estudo: o processo de resfriamento de uma xícara de chá e a queda livre com paraquedas. O objetivo principal foi desenvolver equações diferenciais capazes de descrever esses fenômenos e, a partir delas, determinar grandezas como a temperatura e a velocidade do paraquedista após determinado intervalo de tempo. Além disso, buscou-se testar e simular essas equações por meio de um programa computacional. Para atingir esses objetivos, utilizaram-se os métodos numéricos de Euler, Heun, Ponto Médio e Runge–Kutta. Com base nesses métodos, as equações foram implementadas e simuladas no software Scilab, considerando um número pré-determinado de iterações. Ao final da pesquisa, os objetivos foram alcançados, possibilitando tanto o desenvolvimento dos modelos diferenciais quanto sua simulação computacional.
