Abstract

Trabajo de Fin de Máster orientado al análisis forense de la violencia sexual infantil, mediante el estudio de un caso hipotético, con énfasis en la aplicación de herramientas de la psicología forense para la evaluación de la víctima y del presunto agresor. El estudio aborda la distinción conceptual y práctica entre pedofilia y pederastia, destacando su relevancia clínica, jurídica y criminológica, así como su impacto en la correcta interpretación de la dinámica delictiva. El trabajo integra enfoques médico-forenses, psicológicos y legales, aportando elementos útiles para la investigación penal, la valoración pericial y la intervención interdisciplinaria en casos de delitos sexuales contra niños, niñas y adolescentes.
