R scripts for figures in SHC PRISMA systematic review (1990–2025)

Abstract

This repository contains R scripts used to generate the main figures (Figures 2–7) for a PRISMA-guided systematic review of second-hand clothing (SHC) flows and their environmental, spatial, and environmental justice impacts between 1990 and 2025. The scripts reproduce: Country-wise distribution of studies Regional distribution of evidence Temporal distribution of publications Distribution of research methods Fibre composition coverage Heatmap of thematic and regional coverage These files support transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the analytical workflow used in the associated manuscript.
