Structured Quantum Actualization (SQA): A Theory of Consistent Actualization, Exterior Constraint, and Interior Instantiation

Abstract

Structured Quantum Actualization (SQA) is a foundational framework in which physical law, probabilistic dynamics, and conscious interiority arise from a single necessity: the consistent actualization of constrained transitions. The theory introduces a canonical construction, σ, defined over a category of consistency-structured graphs, and proves its universality among all admissible representations. From σ follow probabilistic amplitudes, global actualizations, and an unavoidable interior-exterior asymmetry. SQA subsumes necessity-based ontologies such as the Ananke Principle as exterior truncations while avoiding axiomatic assumptions about spacetime, observers, or consciousness. The result is a rigorously constrained extension of scientific method, capable of addressing domains where third-person description alone is insufficient.

Keywords

σ-sheaf, Principia Fundamentum (PF), interiority-exteriority distinction,, Consistency-based ontology, Theory of Nothing (ToN), quantum actualization,, Grothendieck topology, Sciencedelic discipline, SQA, Ananke Principle
